Thank you to all those who contributed to the BACH response to the call for evidence for the Wolf Report. The first three of the association's strategic goals are (a) to develop close relationships with relevant external organisations, including government departments, funding bodies, sector skills councils and awarding bodies, (b) to seek to shape and influence policy in consultation with the above, across the four home nations, and (c) to make its expertise available to the above external organisations. The contributiion attached below is an example of how these strategic goals may be addressed. A BACH delegate will be sent to the discussions proposed by Professor Wolf, to be held in December 2010, after consideration of all the contributions. A report on the outcomes of these discussions will be posted when they are known.
